VSR & Hybrid Screenings: Booking Guide

Are you a new client?

If you have never licensed a film with us before, you will need to open an STSL account with us first before booking your screening.

Already have an STSL account?

You're ready to go. Follow the step-by-step guide below to book your screening.

FIND THE PERFECT FILM

First things first, take a look at the curated catalogue of carefully selected titles available to view in our Virtual Screening Room and for hybrid screenings.

SUBMIT YOUR SCREENING APPLICATION FORM

Once you have selected your film, please: download and complete a Virtual and Hybrid Screening Application Form.
Please note that you must submit your form at least 5 working days prior to the date of your proposed screening.
Send your completed form to vsr@filmbankmedia.com.

REVIEW AND APPROVALS

A member of our team will review your application and contact you if more information is needed.
Once approved, we will confirm your approval and licence fee via email.
You may start to advertise and sell tickets once you have received this.
You will receive details of the URL for your unique virtual screening room, complete with admission details 3 working days before your screening date.
