Closure of Account Form

We are sorry that you have decided to close your Single Title Screening Licence (STSL) account with us. Before you complete your closure request form, please ensure that you have checked the following:

All outstanding Box Office Returns have been submitted via your online account.
All outstanding invoices have been paid; these can found under "current invoices" in your online account.

We aim to process all requests as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-4 weeks for completion. Refunds will be made via either card or cheque, depending on the original payment method.
