PVSL Quarterly Reporting

All PVSL holders are required to submit a report on a quarterly basis detailing the films screened in their venue or premises. This is to ensure correct reporting to the film studios and distributors participating in the PVSL scheme.

Reporting is an essential requirement for all PVSL holders and all films screened should be listed. However, if a film is viewed several times it need only be listed once. Please submit this form every three months, indicating which films have been screened in your venue or premises over the preceding three months. Reports are due within 1 month of the end of the reporting period.
