Synopsis:
Rev. Howard Phillips is new to the town of Bellington and wants to reach out to his new community’s youth. After confronting a tough kid about something he has done, the lad sets out to frame the vicar. Backed by the previous vicar's daughter whose affection had been spurned by Phillips, the town turn against Phillips, leading to crisis of faith and putting his reputation and calling in jeopardy.
