Synopsis:
When a beautiful girl appears at the home of Mr and Mrs Worral she is viewed with suspicion, but they soon discover that she is Princess Caraboo, kidnapped from an island off the coast of Java. Quick to cash in on their royal visitor they encourage visits from the local aristocracy, but Gutch, a journalist, has his doubts. Is she truly a princess, or a fraud? He is determined to discover the truth!
