Synopsis:

One of the Old Mother Riley series of films about a wealthy family forced into sheltering a loudmouthed Irishwoman named Mother Riley, played in drag by Arthur Lucan, and her daughter. In this story, Mother Riley becomes a ringmaster and prevents a circus from falling into financial ruin.
