Synopsis:
Emergency doctor Rike has set sail alone to fulfill a long-held dream to travel to Ascension Island in the Atlantic ocean. Her voyage is cut short, however, when she comes across an overloaded, slowly sinking boat full of refugees. Over the radio, the coastguard warns her the "official policy" is to not engage, but can she really do nothing as time goes by and situation worsens?
