Synopsis:
Up in the country of "Arkansaw", the government is trying to get the natives to move. They want to construct a huge dam where they currently live and the mountaineers can be moved to more modern and more-inviting homes. But the local-power company interests start to mess up the project by turning the residents against the government men, headed by John Parker.
