Synopsis:
Clifton Santier is a rising underworld kingpin. He breaks up a major drug deal, steals 15 million dollars and kills a top mob boss, securing his position in the criminal underworld. In an attempt to make something of his life, Pershing, a part-time deputy and Vietnam vet., decides he's going to be the one to bring Santier in.
