Synopsis:
An ambitious young woman gambles and wins $50,000 - enough to pay off her father's debts, and to take over a Texas newspaper. She then discovers that two cattle barons have used the publication for self-promotion and free advertising. However, the new publisher has a mind of her own and sets out to free a town from domination.
